Our servers are monitored by multiple systems, 24 hours a day. Should a problem arise, a technician will be paged within 5 minutes.

Recent News:

• June 28th (Sunday): We had trouble with the server called six today. The trouble started around 1:15pm (pacific time), and was fully resolved at around 2:20pm. Web service was running intermittently between the start and end times. This server was supposed to have been spared out a month ago, but due to a problem with getting Bell to actually provision a contract we signed at the start of April, the replacement hardware is still sitting here depreciating :(.

• April/May 2009: We're actively looking to help clients convert from IP based webhosting accounts to name based accounts. This will save clients some money, and help us close out one of our colo locations, which will help us reduce our bandwidth costs (a savings we plan to pass on).

• March 2009: We've changed the pricing on our "other than .CA" registrations (.ca's were already pretty competitive). Registry prices for .com domains are actually going up, but we're getting some volume discounts from OpenSRS. Keep in mind that all our registrations include domain-dns.com credits.

• Note: Many of the local ISPS are blocking connections to SMTP servers outside of their network. If this affects you (e.g. you're having trouble sending mail), you may need to change your email client to use the MSA port (587) instead of the SMTP port.
